Who We Are... What We Do
The Municipal Bond Women's Club of New York was founded in 1948 by eight women who worked on Wall Street. The club includes women in all phases of the municipal bond business. We support each other and network, both to help one another to find jobs, and to learn about and excel in our chosen careers. We also reach out to the community, holding fund-raising events for various charities.

Remember A VEteran
MBWCNY supports our valued member, Veteran's Advocate Marlene Levi, and her work with veterans. Marlene is the founder of founder of R A V E (Remember A VEteran) and the Patrick L. Gualtieri Scholarship Fund Inc.. . Marlene spearheads a Valentines card making initiative, in which MBWC has participated for several years. Marlene, or "Molly" as she's known in the veterans community, distributed the cards (along with donations of candy, cookies, and other assorted gifts) at a local VA facility in Brooklyn. Molly dedicated this year's event in particular to her life partner, Patrick (Pat) Gualtieri, who is credited with creating this Valentines event and inspiring others to always remember our veterans.
United War Veteran's Council
On July 21, 2015, the United War Veterans Council lost their dear friend and longtime colleague Pat Gualtieri. Pat was instrumental in bringing UWVC and the NYC Veterans Day parade to a renewed level of prominence. Our thoughts and prayers are with UWVC and our dear friend Marlene.
